There are far more questions than answers when it comes to offshore wind energy. Anyone paying attention at a BOEM meeting knows that the questions are neverending and the answers are never complete, if presented at all. MTC Executive Director Heather Mann has been asking questions about Offshore Wind and continues to push for answers. Published on the SeafoodNews.com website in August, Heather outlined a host of questions that MUST be answered.
