Oregon Governor Tina Kotek was joined by U.S. Senators Merkley and Wyden, and U.S. Congresswomen Bonamici and Hoyle, in asking the federal Bureau of Ocean Energy Management to pause the process of siting offshore wind turbines off the Oregon coast.
